Capital, Deployed With Discipline

ADAB Squad Customer Services Inc. deploys capital into newly established and small companies, developing them into sustainable, professionally managed businesses, alongside an ongoing presence in Toronto's housing market. Every commitment is made the same way, deliberately, and on a real time horizon, not a quarter.

Why ADAB

Our Investment Thesis

Five principles guide every commitment ADAB makes, whether the capital is going into a new venture, a housing project, or the people and technology behind an existing subsidiary.

I

Diversification by Design

Capital is never concentrated in a single bet. The holding spans marketing, immigration, retail, manufacturing, media, tourism, technology, and housing, with each subsidiary evaluated and underwritten independently rather than treated as one undifferentiated portfolio.

II

Operational Leverage, Not Passive Capital

Every investment brings more than money. It connects to the same CRM, financial reporting, and technology infrastructure every ADAB subsidiary already runs on, real operational support a newer company usually cannot justify building on its own.

III

A Decade of Compounding Discipline

ADAB has been active since 2012. The same underwriting standard applied to the first subsidiary is applied to the most recent one, and the process itself has been refined across more than a decade of real decisions, not written once and left unexamined.

IV

Alignment of Interest

ADAB's own capital sits alongside any outside investment in a subsidiary, not on the sideline. Management does not write a check and step back, it remains accountable to the same outcome every other party in the commitment is.

V

A Five-Year Lens

Every opportunity is assessed on a five-year horizon, not a quarterly one. That is long enough to judge whether a business is genuinely sound, and short enough to demand real accountability along the way rather than a distant promise.

Portfolio Allocation

Where Capital Goes

Four areas make up ADAB's investment activity today, the same four described across the rest of this holding's operations.

New Ventures

Capital and operational support for newly established companies, evaluated with the same financial and social analysis applied to every subsidiary already in the holding, over a five-year horizon before a commitment is made.

Housing & Real Estate

Design, renovation, construction, and investment across individual and cooperative housing in Toronto, an active and ongoing part of the portfolio since the holding's earliest years.

Discuss a Property →

Manpower

Investment in professional personnel across every subsidiary. A business is only as strong as the people actually running it, and building that strength takes real capital, not just intention.

Discuss a Role →

Technology

The applied technology and data infrastructure connecting every subsidiary in the holding, the same systems described in full on the Technology page, and a direct area of ongoing investment.

How It Works

Our Process

Every commitment, large or small, moves through the same five stages.

I

Introduction

A real conversation, not a form. We want to understand the opportunity, or the capital, being brought to the table, and whether it is a genuine fit before either side spends real time on it.

II

Due Diligence

A real look at the market, the financials, and the people involved. Nothing is committed on a pitch deck alone, and nothing is assumed that has not been checked.

III

Structuring

Terms, governance, and expectations set out clearly and in writing, agreed by every party before any capital actually moves.

IV

Commitment

Capital is deployed, and where relevant, shared technology, financial reporting, and operational infrastructure are connected from day one, not added later.

V

Partnership

Ongoing oversight, not a one-time transaction. The relationship continues for as long as the investment does, with the same standard applied on day one thousand as on day one.

Underwriting Standard

Every opportunity, whether a new venture, a housing project, or an expansion of an existing subsidiary, is assessed against the same standard: a real market, a real financial case, and real people capable of executing the plan in front of us, not just describing it well.

Ongoing Oversight

An investment does not end at the signature. Every subsidiary reports through the same financial infrastructure every other one does, which means performance is visible on an ongoing basis, not reconstructed once a year for a single meeting.

Alignment of Interest

ADAB's own capital and reputation are on the line in every commitment it makes. That is a deliberate structure, not a coincidence, intended to keep management's incentives pointed in the same direction as any outside party's.

Start a Conversation

Every investment relationship at ADAB starts the same way, with a direct conversation, not a submission form that disappears into a queue.
