Holding Portfolio

Eleven Companies, One Standard

A holding company is easy to describe and hard to actually build. It means acquiring or founding real businesses, letting each one operate with its own identity in its own market, while holding every one of them to the same standard of professional personnel, disciplined analysis, and technology built by one internal team rather than fifteen disconnected vendors. What follows is the current registry: every subsidiary active under ADAB Squad today, grouped by the sector it actually operates in.

Six Sectors, One Registry

The eleven companies below fall into six sectors, and none of them were chosen at random. Marketing & Advertising is the largest group, three companies covering network marketing, campaign-based promotion, and digital forms infrastructure. Immigration & Consulting pairs a Canada-facing marketing firm with its own international representative office. Retail & Commerce covers discovery and direct online retail. Beauty & Manufacturing is the holding's one true industrial subsidiary. Media & Photography supplies the visual production work every other sector eventually needs. Travel & Tourism rounds out the registry, closely tied in practice to the immigration sector beside it.

This is not an accident of opportunity, it reflects where the founding team's own expertise was strongest when ADAB began in 2012, and where the holding has continued to invest since. Marketing, immigration, and retail remain the deepest benches in the portfolio, which is exactly why new ventures considered for the holding tend to sit close to one of those three.

How the Portfolio Works

Every subsidiary listed below keeps its own name, its own market, and its own day-to-day management. None of them are simply reselling the ADAB name. What they share is the layer underneath: the same CRM, the same financial reporting standard, the same technology team described on the Technology page, and the same governance applied when they were first brought into the holding, whether founded directly by ADAB or acquired as a newly established or small company already operating in its market.

That shared layer is deliberate, not incidental. A subsidiary that plugs into shared infrastructure from day one avoids rebuilding the same CRM, the same reporting, and the same security practice a twelfth time, and a client interacting with more than one ADAB company in the same visit, as happens naturally between Iranoca, Go Travels, and the ADAB International Immigrant Advisors Group, experiences one consistent standard rather than three different ones stitched together.

How a Company Joins the Holding

Every subsidiary on this page, whether founded from scratch or brought in through acquisition, went through the same evaluation any outside investment opportunity does on the Investment page: a real look at the market, the financials, and the people involved, assessed over a five year horizon before it becomes part of ADAB. That is also why the registry below skews toward sectors the holding already understands deeply, marketing, immigration, and retail, rather than expanding into unrelated territory just to grow the count.

Independence and integration are balanced deliberately rather than left to chance. A subsidiary's founder or manager continues running it day to day, sets its own pricing and client relationships, and answers for its own results. What ADAB provides underneath that independence is the infrastructure a company at this stage usually cannot justify building alone: shared technology, shared financial oversight, and a direct line to eleven sibling companies that have already solved problems a newer subsidiary is only just encountering.

A note on the registry: the numbering below (No. 01 through No. 11) reflects each subsidiary's original registry order, not the order it appears on this page. Entries are grouped by sector for readability, so a company's number and its position in the list will not always match, the same way a stock index sorts by category while ticker symbols stay fixed.

Marketing & Advertising

No. 01

Telesiness

Marketing & Advertising

Telesiness means tele-business, a long-distance marketing network that lets a business grow its reach and cut costs without needing a physical sales presence in every market it wants to enter. Development began in 2020 and has continued in phases since, each one adding capability to both the software platform and the marketing network running on top of it.

The platform runs on the same technology architecture described on the Technology page, connected to ADAB's shared CRM so a lead generated through Telesiness carries full context into any other subsidiary a client later interacts with.

Investment opportunities in Telesiness itself are covered separately on the Investment page, where the project's phased development and funding structure are explained in more detail.

No. 07

BiaBebar

Marketing & Advertising

Advertising and marketing campaigns run through structured competitions across digital and social channels, built to generate genuine engagement rather than a one-time spike in impressions. BiaBebar is also the originator of the BiaBebar discount bag, a physical-meets-digital promotion format that connects an online campaign to a real-world retail moment.

Campaign strategy here follows the same measurement discipline used across every ADAB marketing engagement: a defined audience, a defined message, and a defined number the campaign is actually judged against once it ends.

The discount bag format in particular has become something of a recognizable fixture for ADAB in the markets it operates in, a physical reminder of a digital brand.

No. 08

diimoca

Marketing & Advertising

A provider of digital web forms, digital marketing infrastructure, and online advertisement placement for businesses that need a reliable digital presence without building and maintaining it themselves. diimoca supplies both the technical forms layer and the marketing strategy that sits on top of it.

Where a subsidiary or an outside client needs a fast, dependable way to capture a lead and route it into a real CRM instead of a shared inbox, diimoca is the layer that makes that connection actually work.

Much of the lead capture infrastructure other subsidiaries rely on for their own marketing campaigns is quietly built on forms and pipelines diimoca maintains.

Immigration & Consulting

No. 02

Iranoca

Immigration & Consulting

Advertising and digital marketing services for immigration lawyers and their clients, active before and after a visa is filed. Accuracy and timing carry real consequences in this sector, a missed deadline or an unclear claim affects a real applicant's case, not just a marketing metric on a report.

Iranoca operates under ADAB Holding's management, with its own administration represented internationally by the ADAB International Immigrant Advisors Group, listed below.

Clients working with Iranoca are often also in contact with Go Travels or the ADAB International Immigrant Advisors Group at some point in the same process, exactly the kind of cross-subsidiary continuity this holding is built around.

No. 11

ADAB International Immigrant Advisors Group

Immigration & Consulting

The exclusive representative of Iranoca Co., Telesiness, and ADAB Company within Iran, extending the reach of three separate ADAB subsidiaries into a single market through one dedicated advisory presence, rather than three disconnected local contacts.

This entry point is often where the holding's first contact with a new client in that region actually happens, which is exactly why consistency in the ADAB standard across every subsidiary it represents matters as much here as anywhere else.

Its role is less about running a product of its own and more about making sure three separate ADAB companies present one coherent front to clients in that region.

Retail & Commerce

No. 03

OffList

Retail & Commerce

A mega-app that promotes businesses both online through its own platform and offline through monthly print magazines, positioned as the exclusive source of special discounts across Canada. Its dual online-offline model, alongside a professional management dashboard for the businesses listed on it, has made it one of the more widely used platforms among ADAB's subsidiaries.

OffList's discovery engine runs on the same technology architecture detailed on the Technology page, and is referenced directly on the Projects page as a real, live example of that work.

Its monthly print magazine component, unusual for a primarily digital platform, keeps it genuinely distinct from a typical discount app built for one channel alone.

No. 04

BombKala

Retail & Commerce

A family-owned online store founded in Canada in 2024, built to serve the unique needs of the Iranian community worldwide with a catalog that blends Persian and English influences. Multiple payment options, real-time pricing, and global delivery are treated as baseline requirements, not premium add-ons reserved for a later upgrade.

BombKala's philosophy favors original, high-quality products sourced directly from producers over cheaper alternatives, backed by 24/7 support and after-sales service consistent with the standard every ADAB subsidiary is held to.

Growth since its 2024 launch has been driven primarily by word of mouth within the community it serves, rather than paid acquisition alone.

Beauty & Manufacturing

1 Subsidiary
No. 05

eirisse

Beauty & Manufacturing

A cosmetic and hygienic materials production and distribution company, with a specialized line in designing, producing, and exporting medical and colored contact lenses. eirisse sits at the more industrial end of the ADAB holding, involving physical manufacturing and export logistics alongside the marketing and retail work more common across other subsidiaries.

Quality control in this sector carries a genuinely different weight than a typical retail product, since a colored or medical lens is worn directly, and eirisse's production standards are built around that fact rather than around it.

Export logistics for medical and colored lenses also mean eirisse operates under stricter regulatory oversight than most other subsidiaries in the holding.

Media & Photography

2 Subsidiaries
No. 06

Iranama

Media & Photography

Creator of virtual tours built on Google Street View technology and 360-degree photography across all platforms, alongside free and industrial photography services. Iranama gives a business, a property, or a venue a real, navigable digital presence rather than a handful of static photos on a listing page.

This kind of immersive media work increasingly supports other subsidiaries directly, from real estate listings to retail storefronts wanting a genuine walkthrough experience online rather than a static gallery.

As more subsidiaries lean on immersive media for their own marketing, Iranama's work increasingly touches projects well outside its own direct client base.

No. 10

Allura Group

Media & Photography

Technical photography and film specialists providing production services to businesses that need more than a phone camera and good lighting. Allura Group handles the visual production work sitting behind a polished marketing campaign or a professional brand presence.

Much of the photography and film work supporting ADAB's own subsidiaries, and outside clients engaging our Packaging and Branding services directly, runs through this team.

Its output quietly supports far more of ADAB's public-facing marketing than its name alone would suggest to someone outside the holding.

Travel & Tourism

1 Subsidiary
No. 09

Go Travels

Travel & Tourism

Tour and tourism services operating in Canada, covering the preparation and processing of tourist invitation letters, and full tourism planning for both individual travelers and group trips. Go Travels handles the kind of seasonal, document-heavy work that requires real attention to deadlines and requirements, not just a booking interface.

Given how closely tourism intersects with immigration and travel documentation, Go Travels works in practice alongside Iranoca and the ADAB International Immigrant Advisors Group more often than an unrelated subsidiary typically would.

Seasonal demand here is planned for well in advance rather than treated as a yearly surprise, the same principle applied across every ADAB subsidiary regardless of sector.
